Shipping Policy
All purchases valued at $75 or above will be shipped with SIGNATURE REQUIRED due to high amounts of theft. If you wish to remove the SIGNATURE REQUIRED from your shipment please contact Customer Service. Please Note: By opting out of SIGNATURE REQUIRED, you release Eccotemp from all liability of lost or stolen packages. Call 1-866-356-1992 or chat with us  here to speak with a customer service agent.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
We offer Free Ground Shipping of our choice for orders $149 or more within the continental United States.
Shipping can take up to 14 days, although most orders are shipped within 1 business day. We offer upgraded shipping options. If you selected expedited shipping at checkout this does not guarantee your order will ship the same day. Holiday’s, weekends will cause your order to ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the following business day. All expedited shipping is at the mercy of the chosen carrier and method. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
If an item is refused or not deliverable the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee of the purchased price.
Before/After Purchase
Eccotemp offers Free Pre/Post purchase appointment-based consultations on all products to ensure the correct product is purchased and installed based on manufacturers recommendations.
Return Policy
We have a “No Questions Asked” returns policy on opened unused goods for 60 days. All unopened, unused goods may be returned up to 90 Days. Products returned used or installed will have a restocking fee of 15%. No refunds will be given for used items if returned after 30 days. All returns must be in original packaging with all original parts to be eligible for a refund minus fees. Goods returned that are damaged will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Eccotemp offers pre-paid return labels for $9.99 on all orders purchased on www.eccotemp.com which will be deducted from your refund within 30 days.
Final Sale, Open Box and Scratch & Dent items must be tested within 7 days of receiving them. Not doing so, will make you ineligible for claims such as; Defective, Damaged/Broken, It doesn’t work, or other general defective claims. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
All returns need an RGA number. Returns made without an RGA (Returns Good Number) number will not be accepted nor refunded. Start a return by emailing support@eccotemp.com
Final Sale
Final Sale items may predate 2021 and may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections. Additionally, it may not include all accessories, such as hardware packs and manuals. Final sale items include original manufacturer warranty but cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Refunds
Returning a partial order will result in a reduced refund, subtracting the current full retail cost of the item you chose to keep.
Partial returns for BOGO (Buy One Get One) sales are prohibited. All items must be returned to be considered for refund. Items damaged during shipping must be reported immediately by calling 1-866-356-1992 or Live Chat.
Product Support
Products believed to be defective must be reported with 30 days. Eccotemp will support its products for the lifetime of the product. When contacting Eccotemp we will need to gather information such as pictures, serial numbers, & proof of purchase in order to assist with troubleshooting. In certain situations we offer appointment based support for your convenience. This allows us to dedicate our time to the individual being helped.
